General Information
Complaints
We aim to offer our patients the highest standard of care. However, there may be occasions when you feel our standards have slipped and you would like to complain. If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have received from the practice; in the first instance, please contact the complaints manager at the surgery. Our practice complaints procedure is part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints and meets the relevant national criteria.
Confidentiality
All consultations, correspondence and prescription requests are dealt with in complete confidence.
Carers
If you are a carer for someone, please make yourself known to the office staff as we have a list of Carers, so that we may assist you.
Wheelchairs
Manor House Surgery has wheelchair access at the front and rear of the building.
Area Covered by this Practice
We accept patients from the Chells Manor and Great Ashby areas of Stevenage, Walkern and Bennington and close relatives of other registered patients.
