Reception is open Monday - Friday 8.00am - 6.30pm. Doors open 8.30am

Consultations are by Appointment only.

Morning appointments are bookable on the day. Please contact the surgery from 8.00am to obtain one of these. The early morning sessions between 7am - 8am are PRE-BOOKABLE

Afternoon appointments are pre-bookable up to 4 weeks in advance.

WE OFFER EARLY BIRD PRE-BOOKABLE APPOINTMENTS ON A MONDAY AND THURSDAY MORNING BETWEEN 7am AND 8am

WE OFFER SATURDAY MORNING PRE-BOOKABLE APPOINTMENTS USUALLY ON THE FIRST SATURDAY OF EACH MONTH

New Patients

How to Register
Please complete a GMS1 form and questionnaire at Reception. We also need to have your NHS number and may need proof of identity i.e. recent utility bill, passport etc.. We adhere to all equalities legislation and do not discriminate on any grounds.

Making an Appointment

Non-urgent appointments may be made by telephoning 01438 742639 or by calling at the surgery during opening times Monday to Friday.

Appointments are for one person and one problem only.

If you cannot keep an appointment please inform us as soon as possible so someone else can benefit from the appointment.

Emergency Appointments

There will be appointments that can be booked on the day with both the Doctor and the Nurse Practitioner. Please telephone the Surgery as soon as possible on the day if you feel an appointment is of an urgent nature.

If you are concerned about your child, we will see them on the same day at the surgery where necessary.

Home Visits

Home visits are for housebound patients; lack of transport is not a reason for requesting a home visit. Whether or not the doctor will visit is at their discretion.

Please telephone the surgery before 10.00am whenever possible.
